When the NFL has had to make changes to its schedule in the wake of Super Bowl 50, the Cowboys have done the right thing by scheduling their next game in the city where they won the championship.
They’re set to face the Eagles at FedExField in Atlanta on Sunday.
In case you haven’t seen the schedule, it starts at 5 p.s.m., with the Cowboys facing the Falcons in the first half and the Colts in the second.
Then it wraps up with the Eagles facing the Saints in the third and the Bengals facing the Cowboys in the fourth.
The game will air on Fox Sports 1, with NFL Network and FOX sports 1 beginning at 5:30.
That will be the last time the Cowboys host a game at FedEx Field.
The only time they’ve faced the Eagles was at MetLife Stadium in 2014, when the Cowboys won 30-10.
This will be Dallas’ fifth game at the stadium, but they’re not the only team to make the trip.
The 49ers have visited the field three times, while the Redskins have been to FedExField twice, but those games have been in the past.
The Rams have only made two trips to FedEx Field, but were able to defeat the Eagles by a touchdown in the 2017 season finale.
The Eagles have won five straight home games at FedEx, and will be looking to repeat that feat this season.
They’ll host the Cowboys on Sunday, April 23, but the only game in town is the Cowboys game against the Redskins.
